Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging.* If you make a return in line with this policy, we will refund the value of the returned goods back to you.

How to make a Return

If you return is due to an incorrect item supplied, a faulty item or a damaged item, simply login to your account, view the order using the Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

Please return your items by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or whichever delivery method you prefer.

We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service so that you can track the successful delivery of your return.

Please ensure the item is well packed to ensure that it arrives in perfect resalable condition, in its original packaging.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return courier, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the courier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Delivery Charges

We will refund your original delivery charge and the delivery charges you incurred in returning the product back to us when a product is faulty, damaged or sent incorrectly, but not when a product is simply unwanted.*
